I offer one to one and pairs personal training sessions.

Free initial consultation and fitness testing with all block bookings for new clients.

All sessions run for one hour and include a short warm up and cool down.

Pricing:

1 hour – £40

4x 1 hour session – £140

8x 1 hour session – £260

12x 1 hour session – £360

1:1 Couch to 5k:
A nine week course consisting of three coached sessions per week. Total time throughout the nine weeks is 14 hours 36 minutes. The total cost of this course is £435. With commitment for the full nine weeks, I will allow weekly payment to make this more affordable. A deposit of £75 will be required as an initial booking, with eight further payments of £45. Contact me to discuss other options that I may be able to offer to suit your budget.

1:1 5k to 10k:
A nine week course consisting of three coached sessions per week. Total time throughout the nine weeks is 17 hours 40 minutes. The total cost of this course is £525. With commitment for the full nine weeks, I will allow weekly payment to make this more affordable. A deposit of £85 will be required as an initial booking, with eight further payments of £55. Contact me to discuss other options that I may be able to offer to suit your budget.


This is a weekly, 45 minute class that I run.
Strength for Runners is a class designed to cover the important cross training part of any runners training plan, in a fun, group environment. The exercises target the muscles that need to be strengthened for running, which are not necessarily targeted in other fitness classes.
The class ends with a long stretch down, something runners all to often forget to do.
